How to setup BluCarbonBLISS - CM/AOKP THEME apk for android

This is BluCarbon Bliss! The second of multiple colors I intend to release under the same design. It is made for others like myself that like an inverted look. Carbon Bliss themes are darker then the standard AOSP Theme. Highlights of blue and a Touch of Carbon Fiber texture! I'm ALWAYS OPEN TO FEEDBACK!!! Good or bad! If you like what you see.. give it a try and stay posted! I will be updating and Releasing multiple color versions!
