How to install Transparent Clock UCCW skin apk for android

Transparent Clock UCCW skin Details
Here you get the Transparent Design Clock uccw skin with glow effect.It shows the following features:
- analog clock (with tiny digital clock)
- top right: weather conditions and temperature
- below: shows date, incomming phone, gmail, sms and battery indicator
- with the hotspots you come to the respective app, on the clock, it opens the alarm clock
- hotspots can be changed
The skin contains a European version (24-hour clock and temperature in ° C) and
an American version (12h and temperature in ° F and).
And the new version 1.1 includes an english version wiht temperature in °C.
