The Standing Timer by VARIDESK is the perfect companion to your new height-adjustable standing desk, and will help you stay moving throughout the workday.
The VARIDESK Standing Timer features:
• A timer that clearly indicates how many minutes you have left to sit or stand
• Track the number of hours you spend sitting and standing during the day
• Set your weight, and track the number of extra calories you burn when standing
• Set the number of minutes you’d like to sit and stand, and the app will do the rest! Choose a low number of minutes to sit and stand if you’ve just started working at a standing desk, or crank it up if you’re a seasoned stander!
• Enter the days and times that you normally work, and the app will only remind you during those hours.
• Turn on notifications to change your status from the lock screen
• Change your sit-stand status from your Android Watch through the notification screen
